The College Democrats of America Women’s Caucus works in support of the goals of College Democrats to promote women’s advocacy and political activism. The Women’s Caucus represents a crucial part of the Democratic Party and fights to ensure women’s voices are heard. The goal of the Women’s Caucus is to get women involved in the political process by helping State Federations and Chapters incorporate Women’s Caucus programs into their campus activities. Issues such as equal pay, access to health care, violence against women, the negative portrayal of women in the media, and other challenges facing women are all issues addressed by the Women’s Caucus.
