Paul Murre is a senior majoring in Political Science at San Francisco State University. Paul is the President of the California College Democrats, the largest state federation of College Democrats in the country and the winner of the College Democrats of America’s 2012 State Federation of the Year award. Paul has also served as the Vice President of Membership of CCD where he focused on new chapter creation at California State University campuses. Prior to this, Paul served as Director of Students for Gavin Newsom, a statewide organization which was comprised of over forty active chapters, in support of Gavin Newsom’s 2010 successful campaign for Lieutenant Governor in California. Paul has also served as the President of the College Democrats at San Francisco State University and is active in San Francisco local politics.
