Temple University

Billy is a senior at Temple University in Philadelphia and is majoring in Political Science with a double major in Strategic Communication concentrating in Rhetoric and Public Advocacy. Billy is proud to also serve as President of the Pennsylvania College Democrats and Undergraduate advisor of his local chapter, the Temple University College Democrats.

His interest in politics came to fruition when Hillary Clinton came to Pennsylvania during her 2008 primary run and has been highly involved in State and Local Politics ever since. Billy’s experience in politics is in finance after having interned for a few campaigns in fundraising and compliance including “Missa Eaton for Congress” “Bob Casey for Senate” and “Ed Pawlowski for Governor”. Billy also works part-time for Seven Points Consulting, a PA based Political Consulting Firm.

During Billy’s time with the Pennsylvania College Democrats he has helped grow their relationship with their State Party, Organize a realistic ground game for elections, and helped raise over $30,000 for the organization. Billy hopes to use his experiences as well as the experiences of other state leaders to build a stronger CDA through stronger state federations.
